I&#039;m reading source code of opennms. It&#039;s really a great work!

I have one question:
why the package org.opennms.netmgt.config.actiond is missing from the source code( but it is included in the opennms-services.jar file as class file)?
I noticed that besides this package, there are some other packages are missing also.

I&#039;ve downloaded these source codes from the svn server three times, all got the same result.

I wonder if it is intentional to do this?
